“If we truly want to build a better world, we must work together, lift each other up and inspire one another. Otherwise we’re doomed to continue in an unproductive cycle of finger-pointing and shifting blame.”

-Stacey Stormo

Stacey Stormo is a Strategic Designer and Sustainability Strategist with deep roots in sustainable fashion, education, training and mentorship. She works with companies and individuals to create strategies and learning experiences that increase productivity and morale, foster sustainability, generate revenue and engage stakeholders.

Why she started Stormo & Co.

Stacey started Stormo & Co. after working in sustainable fashion for 3 years. She felt limited by the confines of the industry and was ready to take a deep dive into sustainable business at-large. She found that a lot of companies really want to be more sustainable, either don’t know where to start, or haven’t been successful or happy in the efforts they’ve made. So she started Stormo & Co. to support companies in the training and development of their staff no matter where they are on their sustainability journeys. Stacey has since expanded her reach to creating learning experiences not only for companies, but also for universities. She is currently a part-time Professor at Parsons School of Design Strategies, and helps develop courses for universities like INSEAD Business School.

In 2018, Stacey received her Master’s degree in Strategic Design & Management from the New School. She decided to utilize her skills in innovation and design strategy to provide a customized experience to her clients. All organizations are unique and have different priorities, budgets and resources. Stacey’s design background allows her to meet her clients wherever they are and craft bespoke solutions that address organizational needs, goals, culture and core values.
